bdtbtd Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdtbtd platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the bdtbtd platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live dealer casino games, slots, fishing games, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by bdtbtd from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bdtbtd platform and, if you hold an account, contact support to request closure. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account and use the bdtbtd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdtbtd strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an active account on the bdtbtd platform. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and accounts opened on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bdtbtd employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform integrity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other linked payment account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

bdtbtd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met at any point.

Once your bdtbtd account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply to all account holders at all times:

• Credential confidentiality: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly private. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the bdtbtd support team immediately at support@bdtbtd.net. bdtbtd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to report a suspected breach promptly.
• Account accuracy: You must keep your registered personal details up to date. Any change of name, address, email, or linked payment method must be reported to support and verified before the updated information is accepted.
• Single account rule: Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one bdtbtd account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
• No account sharing or transfer: Your bdtbtd account is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to place wagers, make deposits, or conduct any activity through your account.

bdtbtd employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and continuous fraud monitoring to protect your account. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

All financial transactions on the bdtbtd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to account balances, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by bdtbtd on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Subsequent withdrawals are subject to standard fraud screening. bdtbtd targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 3 business days for bank transfers.

bdtbtd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds verification, proof of address, or additional identity documents. Withdrawal requests may be declined where KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.

bdtbtd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

Where bonus abuse is detected, bdtbtd reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

• bdtbtd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where a pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome was already known at the time of betting, or where there is clear evidence of irregular activity associated with that wager.
• Players must not use any form of automated software, betting bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bdtbtd platform. All platform interaction must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtbtd platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the bdtbtd platform as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from illegal activity is a serious criminal offence. bdtbtd maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one bdtbtd account simultaneously, whether under the same or different identity documents, is prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or providing any forged or altered documentation to bdtbtd constitutes identity fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner that distorts game outcomes or exploits the platform — including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or any other form of collusive play — is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of software errors: If you discover a bug, glitch, or error in the bdtbtd platform that would allow you to obtain an unfair advantage, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it. Any winnings obtained through deliberate exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Use of VPN or proxy services: Accessing bdtbtd through a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location is prohibited and may result in account closure.

bdtbtd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to satisfy KYC identity or age verification requirements within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a linked payment account
• Failure to maintain a positive account balance for an extended period where inactivity fees apply
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure

Players may also voluntarily close their bdtbtd account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bdtbtd.net. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on the account within the standard processing period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdtbtd reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel their gambling has become problematic — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbtd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bdtbtd account in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtbtd shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Emotional distress or psychological harm arising from gambling outcomes
• Financial loss resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures caused by factors outside bdtbtd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, and force majeure events
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their login credentials or to report a suspected account breach in a timely manner

The bdtbtd platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bdtbtd takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bdtbtd holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bdtbtd, we encourage you to contact the support team in the first instance at support@bdtbtd.net. The majority of account and payment disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with the bdtbtd support team, typically within 72 hours of the initial complaint being lodged.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, bdtbtd operates a formal complaints procedure. To initiate a formal complaint, players must submit a written description of the dispute, the specific outcome they are seeking, and any supporting documentation, to support@bdtbtd.net with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bdtbtd will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final decision within 14 business days.

Players who remain unsatisfied following the conclusion of the formal complaints process may seek recourse through the dispute resolution mechanism available under bdtbtd's international operating licence. Details of this mechanism will be provided upon request.

bdtbtd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — that is, a change that meaningfully affects players' rights or obligations — bdtbtd will provide reasonable advance notice via one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed on the platform upon login, an email to the address registered on your account, or a prominent notice on the bdtbtd website.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision in all cases.
